HOTO and SDMP guidelines.
- Reviewing the HOTO checklist upon first engagement and suggesting changes if necessary.
- Requesting pre-requisite information be provided prior to contractor mobilisation. Determining early on (via RFI) whether OMM’s, drawings, spaces plans, etc. already exist for the particular building / infrastructure.
- Submitting SDMP deliverables in a timeframe that allows sufficient time for PSS to review and provide feedback.

- Conduct a PSS-style review on deliverables to reduce likelihood of rejection.
